Openings


APPLICATIONS OPEN FROM MAY 11th to JUNE 3rd
*Date has been EXTENDED.


Currently we only have one-two staff positions open. We're looking for:
  • Matchmakers (people who find matches and/or make the guides)
  • DFL Matchmakers (people who find cheap alternatives and/or make the guides for DFL)

    If we could find one person/two people to do both, that'd be excellent.

    Requirements


  • At least 5 guides per month. Please know this isn't a lot. It's around one per week, if that. These can be DFL or regular guides. We will be a lot more strict this time around with this rule.
  • If you won't be available for a set amount of time, please let us know. Try not to just disappear on us.
  • It would be preferred if you had experience with websites and graphics, but it's not required.
  • If you do not have a graphics program (such as Paint Shop Pro or Photo Shop), and cannot make the guides themselves, please include that in your application.
  • The capability of finding exact and/or very similar matches to those clothes that Taylor wears. If you're unable to find proper matches, but have a experience with graphics, we can send matches to you to make the guides themselves. These would count towards your 5 guides minimum.

    If you've decided you have time to join our staff at DLT, please submit the application below to dressliketaylor@aim.com. Please mark the subject as DLT Staff Application. If you are accepted, we will let you know as soon as possible. Please know only so many positions are open. If you're accepted, and become part of our staff, you will receive an email explaining everything about Dress Like Taylor, and how things will work.

    Please Note If you at any time do not meet the requirements, we will warn you only once, before asking you to leave the staff.

    There is no set application, but make sure you include ALL OF THE FOLLOWING in your email:
  • Your name
  • Your age (optional)
  • Which position you're applying for (Matchmaker, DFL Matchmaker, Both)
  • Do you have a graphics program? Do you have experience in websites and/or graphics programs?
  • At least one example of a guide you have found - URLs only. (please search for a guide that we do not have on the site. If applying to help with both DFL & DLT, include at least two examples.)
  • At least one example of a guide you have made (you do not need the exact match icon. This can be a guide we already have. If you're accepted, you'll receive directions on the proper format) - *OPTIONAL*
  • Your Timezone *OPTIONAL
  • How did you come across DLT/how often do you visit?
  • Why would you like to be a part of the staff?
  • If you could improve/add three things about/to the site, what would they be?
  • Your Twitter *OPTIONAL
