.) Start by washing your face to remove any traces of oil, dirt or makeup, and pat your face dry. Apply a foundation that matches your skin tone to your face in downwards strokes, using a sponge, not your fingers. Remember to blend into your hairline, the side of your face, and under your chin to avoid makeup lines.
.) Take a light, matte brown eye shadow and apply it to your eyelid, blending just above the crease. Now take a darker brown or bronze and apply it to the out corner of your eye, blending into a ‘v’ shape. Drag some of the colour under your eye, all the way along to the inner corner of your eye, keeping it close to your lash line. Now take a shimmery champagne colour and apply it into the inner corner of your eye, blending out above and below.
.) Using a brown pencil, cream, or liquid eyeliner, draw a thin line along your top lashes, keeping it as close to the lash line as possible, and making it slightly thicker towards the outer corner of your eye. Take a brown pencil eyeliner and line your bottom lash line, the inner corner of your eye and continue the line until you meet the line on your upper lashes.
.) Apply two coats of a black/brown mascara to your top lashes, allowing them to dry in between, and apply one coat to your lower lashes.
.) Using a light brown bronzer, apply it along your cheekbones, and lightly dust it across your forehead, down your nose and over your mouth to your chin.
.) Apply a lipstick the same colour as your lips, or even just a lipbalm.
