It's Dress Like Taylor's 1yr anniversary! The site had technically been around since March or so last year, but it officially opened on the 1st of July of 2008!
Chance and I will be working on stuff for the anniversary. So far, fifteen icons have been added from both Chance & I. DFL has been updated (wonderful guides from Kian). And guides are slowly being added. So much more to come! Keep checking back for new guides. [:
Edit Okay, it's 8:15pm now, my time. I'm being forced offline. As you can see, guides have been added all day. Chance sent me some to put up, and I put up some. Also the hair and make up guides are from our lovely staffer, Kelsey. (: We'll be working on more guides as the week goes by. We may be updating more tomorrow, or sometime in the very near future. Happy Birthday, DLT! :)

Long time, no talk. My finals are OVER! Which means my school year is over. I'm hoping to be around more, and to be able to load my PSP onto the new computer, or even this old one, so I can start making more guides sometime soon. (:

EDIT As of right now, only Make Up Related-Requests will be opened. Meaning, we will not be accepting any Hair and/or Outfit requests, for the time being. As soon as we get three more make up guides, or so, requesting will be closed until the list goes back down. But I figure since there's only one make-up request, why not let that be open for right now.
I put all of the requests up that have been sent in and that followed the rules. There are a lot, but I figured since the Requesting list hasn't been open lately, that you guys deserved to have your requests up there.
Please, please, think of donating. And if you could donate something that's a request, that'd be awesome. (: Thank's for all of your support. It's because of you guys that we will be celebrating our "official" 1yr, on July 1st. Thanks. <3

Few Updates

I was just made aware that one of our donations from our last update was pretty much plagiarised from Taylor Trends.
I get you guys wanting to help us out, but plagiarism is a crime, and more than that, it's just morally wrong. Changing a few words don't compensate for just rewording what someone else has done.
From now on, I will be personally checking all guides against Taylor Trends to make sure this doesn't happen again. We spend hours here just working at Dress Like Taylor, and I know myself from being plagiarised before that spending so many hours on something and then having someone rip it off in seconds? Not cool.
In slightly happier news, the Style of the Month has been edited and a few coding mistakes fixed. More updates coming at the weekend, plus a new compilation of Taylor How-To hair and make-up videos and some articles I've written about Taylor's summer style.

Humongous update

SEVENTEEN new guides. One updated guide. My fingers hurt.
Unless your deaf, blind and dumb, you'll have noticed the new layout. Sorry about the extension to the right for viewers in smaller resolutions, but it's the only way I can get it to work for people in larger resolutions.
There's been a few little updates around the site. The Taylor page has been updated and little Taylor button points add round the site. As requested, the guides are now seperated by type also.
I wanted to officially open Dress for Less tonight, but it's 00:26 my time now, so I doubt that's going to happen. The site itself is finished and coding done, I just need to add the guides the wonderful Kian has made for it.
There's going to be more and more stuff around as the month goes on, heading up to the anniversary of our grand opening on July 1st. Although DLT was around long before that, it's kind of like Christmas. It's not ACTUALLY our birthday, but we celebrate it then. We've got a few little specials coming up on Taylor's favourite pieces, what we think Taylor would wear and a summer special for those who want to follow in Taylor's stylish footsteps this summer. All here at DLT.

I've also got to mention, this month I have been working at DLT for a year, and I just want to say how you guys make it ALL worth the work. I've made some great friends and it's just been a blast. Now I'm looking forward to another year right here.
